On September 11, all employees of Anhui Sinograce Chemical Co., Ltd. stepped away from their busy work schedules and spent a relaxing and rewarding day together at a countryside resort surrounded by nature.

In the morning, employees were divided into groups to participate in a variety of fun team activities. Everyone communicated actively and worked together to complete each task. The cheerful atmosphere gave colleagues from different departments an opportunity to interact, get to know one another better and enjoy working as a team outside the workplace.

At noon, each group prepared lunch together. From washing and cutting ingredients to cooking and plating, everyone took on a different role and offered help whenever it was needed. The kitchen was busy but well organized, and one homemade dish after another was soon ready to be served.

Sitting together and enjoying the lunch we had prepared was one of the most memorable moments of the day. While sharing the food, colleagues also exchanged stories about work and daily life, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

The afternoon brought even more outdoor experiences. Employees enjoyed horseback riding, bumper cars and a live-action CS team challenge. Horseback riding offered an opportunity to enjoy the natural surroundings, while the bumper cars brought plenty of laughter. During the CS challenge, team members communicated quickly, developed strategies and supported one another to complete their shared objective.

From the morning’s group activities and the team-prepared lunch to the afternoon’s outdoor experiences, every part of the day created more opportunities for communication and cooperation.

The event allowed everyone to relax in nature and created many memories worth keeping. Although the team-building day has ended, the trust, understanding and stronger connections developed during the activities will continue to support our daily work.
