Water-based acrylic resin

Product features

● Glossiness of single film ≥ 90%, suitable for water-based ink and solvent-based ink binder;

● Excellent dispersibility, wettability and excellent color development ability for pigments, suitable for making high-solid color paste;

● Excellent miscibility with water-based polyurethane, acrylic emulsion and other systems, no precipitation;

● Excellent adhesion to substrates such as PET and BOPP, and excellent water resistance;

● Drying speed ≤ 30s (25μm ink layer, 80℃ drying oven), supporting high-speed printing of more than 200m/min.

Application areas

Ink/coating

● Ink: gravure printing: high-gloss water-based ink/solvent ink for decorative paper and plastic film: high transfer rate formula design (suitable for cigarette package and aluminized film printing).

● Coating: water-based varnish: cigarette package varnish, aluminized film protective coating/synthetic emulsion coating: construction and industrial anti-corrosion field.

Adhesives/Special fields

● Environmentally friendly adhesive: as an emulsion polymerization support resin, VOC content <50g/L.

● Food packaging: in compliance with FDA 21 CFR 175.300 regulations, suitable for coatings that come into direct contact with food.
